Meet Dr. Viet Le

Dentist

I was born in a small village in Vietnam and immigrated to San Diego at the age of four. Growing up, my inquisitive nature led me to gravitate towards the realm of science. Combined with my personal journey with dental care, I understand the importance of dental health and found my perfect career. My personal experiences with dental care and diverse background allow me to promote dental health to all communities. I believe in providing quality and personalized dental care to promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I received my bachelors degree from the University of California, San Diego. I then attended the University of California, Los Angeles and earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. After graduating from dental school, I pursued a general practice residency (GPR) at The University of Washington. Since living in SoCal all my life, I knew I had to move back home to Sunny San Diego, CA. In my free time, I enjoy staying active by going to the gym and hiking. Furthermore, I am a huge foodie and I love to explore all different cuisines.

Dear Valued Patients/Family/Friends,

As many of you know, I have been living between Phoenix and San Diego for the past several years and recently accepted an associate position at PV Smiles in Scottsdale, Arizona. It is with mixed emotions that I announce my departure from Oasis Dentistry as of June 12, 2024. This new position will finally allow me to be with my husband of 19 years, most of which have been long distance.

It has been an incredible journey serving as your dentist for the past 26 years and I am truly grateful for all the rewarding experiences and relationships I have built throughout my career. I have had the privilege of treating you and your family and friends. Indeed, each one of you have helped Oasis Dentistry grow and succeed and so many of you have been with me since the beginning of this practice back in 1998. The trust and support I have received from each of you has been invaluable!

While it is difficult to say farewell to you after so many years, I am excited to embrace my new associate opportunity. Although I will truly miss caring for each of you, I will really miss our laughter together. I am comforted to know that you will all be left in the excellent and caring hands of Dr. Le. He has been an exceptional associate since July 2019 and continues to provide the very best in dental care. It is my hope that you will continue as patients at Oasis Dentistry within the expert hands of Dr. Le, the hygienists, assistants, and superb front staff, all of whom you have known and are comfortable with and who have all contributed to your dental health and well-being.

Even though I will be in Arizona, if you ever need anything or just want to chat, please reach out. I would love to hear how you’re doing and keep in touch. I wish you and your family all the happiness and health in the world. Take care and keep smiling!

Sincerely,

Dr. Rhoades
